The Real Estate & Workplace (REW) Facilities Site Manager will lead Databricks' India operations from our Bangalore office, overseeing sites across Mumbai, Delhi & Pune. You'll play a key role in shaping and executing workplace strategies that enable Databricks' rapid regional growth and deliver exceptional employee experiences.
This is an exciting opportunity to scale our APAC workplace support model, strengthen key vendor partnerships, and ensure operational excellence across a growing portfolio supporting over 1,000 Bricksters — with continued expansion ahead. The role reports to the International Real Estate & Workplace Leader and may include occasional travel to regional offices.
