A nationally renowned Workplace Rehabilitation Provider with a rapidly growing presence in WA is seeking passionate consultants at any level of experience. Whether you’re starting your career, looking to step up as a senior consultant, ready to transition into leadership, or currently in a leadership role, this is a unique opportunity to grow with an industry leader.
The role is based in Perth and offers a clear pathway for career progression. Depending on your experience, you can join as a Junior Consultant, Senior Consultant or Lead Consultant.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Managing a Caseload of Clients: Maintain a caseload of clients requiring workplace rehabilitation services, conduct thorough assessments, implement personalised case strategies and monitor client progress.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct peer reviews of case strategy and documentation to ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory standards; provide training and resources to address identified gaps.
- Mentoring: Provide guidance, support and mentorship to junior consultants, sharing expertise, best practices and clinical insights.
- Deliver additional services such as ergonomic assessments, job dictionary development, manual task risk assessments, interactive manual handling training programs and pre‑employment assessments within the clinic and onsite at employer workplaces.
What you will bring to the role
- Current registration with AHPRA and ESSA is essential.
- A minimum of three years’ experience working within the Western Australian Workers’ Compensation scheme, either in Workplace Rehabilitation or Claims Management.
- Proficiency in conducting assessments, developing rehabilitation plans and implementing evidence‑based interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with colleagues, clients and stakeholders.
- Sound judgment and decision‑making abilities, with a compassionate and client‑centred approach to service delivery.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
