A purpose-driven organisation supporting people with disability is seeking an experienced Workplace Relations Lead to join its People & Culture team during a period of transformation and organisational change.

Reporting into the Head of Workplace Relations & Governance, this senior role plays a key part in providing expert advice across employee relations, industrial relations, investigations, and projects, while also contributing to broader people and organisational initiatives.

About the role This is a hands-on workplace relations role suited to someone who enjoys complexity, influence, and working closely with senior leaders.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading and managing complex employee and industrial relations matters end-to-end
  • Providing expert advice on performance management, misconduct, investigations, and terminations
  • Supporting leaders across enterprise agreements, awards, and Australian employment legislation
