A purpose-driven organisation supporting people with disability is seeking an experienced Workplace Relations Lead to join its People & Culture team during a period of transformation and organisational change.
Reporting into the Head of Workplace Relations & Governance, this senior role plays a key part in providing expert advice across employee relations, industrial relations, investigations, and projects, while also contributing to broader people and organisational initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:
Leading and managing complex employee and industrial relations matters end-to-end Providing expert advice on performance management, misconduct, investigations, and terminations Supporting leaders across enterprise agreements, awards, and Australian employment legislation
