You will:Provide timely, practical and people-centred workplace relations advice across Australia and New Zealand.Maintain and uplift MECCA’s workplace relations policies, employment contract templates and frameworks.Tertiary qualifications in HR, Employment Relations, Law or a related discipline.6+ years’ experience in employment and industrial relations (Australia essential; NZ a bonus).
