The Role You Could Play
Reporting to MECCA’s Head of Workplace Relations,you’llbe a driving force in bringing our workplace relations strategy to life. This role is hands-on: wedon’tjust design solutions—we help implement them. You will:
Providetimely,practicaland people-centred workplace relations advice across Australia and New Zealand.
Support performance management, conduct, grievances, terminations and leave matters with both compliance and commercial awareness.
Maintain and uplift MECCA’s workplace relations policies, employment contracttemplatesand frameworks.
Monitor legislative and industrial changes and translate them into clear business plans or actions.
Lead or contribute to key projects such as compliance reviews, policy reform, Awardinterpretationand strategic workforce initiatives.
What You Will Bring
You’llbe a passionate employment and industrial relations specialist who can simplify complexity and turn strategy into action. You will bring:
Tertiary qualifications in HR, Employment Relations,Lawor a related discipline.
Proven experience coaching leaders and People Partners through people matters with confidence and clarity.
Demonstrated success delivering WR/ER/HR projects and managing change.
A collaborative and solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to translate complexity into practical, actionable guidance.
