Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing safety management strategies and initiatives to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Support the Safety Manager in conducting risk assessments and identifying potential hazards.
  • Monitor compliance with workplace health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of safety training programs for employees.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents, and prepare reports with recommendations for preventive measures.
  • Participate in safety committee meetings and provide guidance on safety-related issues.
  • Keep up-to-date with relevant safety regulations and industry best practices.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify safety deficiencies and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote a safety culture and ensure compliance.
