Job Description:

Purpose:

• To provide technical advice, expertise, and support for IT Security specific technology systems and services currently in use across Client group.
• The position holder will be required to have broad and in-depth knowledge of IT Security infrastructure implementation, management, operations and solution delivery concepts.
• They will also be capable of shaping and delivering sound technical solutions and outcomes appropriate to clients Security and Risk appetite.
• They should have sound knowledge in zero trust concepts and deployments.

Core Responsibilities:

The position holder will be required to:

• Perform "business-as-usual" technology management and support functions for Security Technologies within the Cyber Protection Portfolio
• Report to Platform Managers and senior team members regarding technology system status and posture
• Perform problem diagnosis and use technical expertise to develop options and solutions to specific problems that are often technical in nature and contribute to remediation, repair and recovery activity
• Contribute to support documentation and provide advice regarding applications to enable the support function to work pro-actively
• Participate in the rotating team on-call after-hours support rosters
• Provide coaching and knowledge sharing to other team members where appropriate to support their skills and ensure their effective contribution to team objectives

Critical Experience :

• Experience in a Large Enterprise Environment (more than 10,000 users) across different geographies
• Minimum of 5+ years IT Security related experience
• A proven record of successfully scoping, shaping and delivering sound IT Security Solutions. It is expected that the role holder will have the following experience:

1. Deep technical skills (plan, build and run) across a broad range of infrastructure and Security technologies with skills and experience with the following product sets and principles;
2. Internet Proxy Access Services (Zscaler)
3. End User Security products. (Zscaler ZPA )
4. Have experience in DR capability uplifts for Zscaler services
5. Have experience implementing BCP capabilities for zero trust enabled user environments
6. Networks (comms concepts and Load Balancers) and Firewalls (Checkpoint and FS)
7. Anti-Virus and Threat Protection products (McAfee, Defender, CrowdStrike, Fire Eye)
8. Cloud Based technologies (AWS/Azure, Google Cloud)
9. Able to implement additional automation across all platforms to improve delivery times
10. Able to influence stakeholders to ensure appropriate security controls are implemented or the decision is documented explaining the impact and the risk.
11. Ability to converse with both end-users and IT employees at all levels of the organization.
12. Solid understanding of problem, change and incident management principles
13. Good understanding of all aspects of the systems/software development lifecycle;
14. Understanding of key IT security concepts.

Qualification requirements:

1. IT Security related certification (Eg: CISM, CISSP etc..)

1. Strong verbal and written skills.
2. Ability to create, document and adequately detail Infrastructure Technical Specification solutions and documentation
3. Uplift in delivery of repeated Infrastructure patterns to enable consistent delivery of Technical Specifications and solutions
4. 100% adherence to NAB technology change related requirements and processes
