Global Shares Execution Services Limited is expanding its Trading Team and seeking a dynamic individual at Associate level. This is an exciting opportunity to assist the day-to-day functions undertaken by The Trading Team. The administrative position supporting the Trading Team requires a unique blend of high-level organisational skills, extreme attention to detail, and familiarity with financial markets. The role acts as a vital link between the Trading Team middle/back office, and external counterparties.

Key Responsibilities

Trade Support & Administration:

• Monitoring trade processing via order routers, inputting/validating foreign (FX) trades, and resolving contract discrepancies or unmatched trades (e.g., CREST).
