Job description

We are now looking for a Workplace Specialist to join us in Tampere for the duration of a study leave.

Your Role

In this role, you will support the daily operations and success of Gofore employees as part of the Workplace Operations team through tasks such as:

• Ensuring the office is comfortable and clean

• Internal customer service and responding to a variety of inquiries

• Office supply procurement

• Communication related to the office and work community

• Developing and maintaining a pleasant, safe, and environmentally friendly work environment

• Organizing internal and external events

• Managing processes related to the lifecycle of work equipment

• Ensuring physical security of the office (keys, name tags, security codes, emergency plans, possible trainings)
