Overview

Job Title: Workplace Strategist, Integration (full-time) – hybrid (2-3 days/week) from BGIS offices in Ottawa, Markham or Montreal.

The Workplace Strategist, Integration consults with clients to coordinate communication, connections, direction and outcomes. This role identifies opportunities, ensures necessary links and adjustments, and ensures all participants have the information, connections and framework to execute their part of the project while advocating occupant satisfaction. Working with client organizations, the role develops and delivers solutions to integrate all work streams in workplace fit-up and transformation, including early consultation & engagement, interior design, furniture procurement, relocation, sustainable decommissioning and change management. Experience in workplace transformation and real estate modernization is preferred.
