Job Description

The Sydney Steel Mill facilities are key assets in the Infrabuild business that provide steel products to internal Reinforcing and Wire manufacturing facilities. The Trainer and Assessor will be responsible for conducting training needs analysis, developing technical courses, delivering technical/high-risk training, assessing competence, and administering courses/assessments.

Responsibilities include:


  • Conduct regular training needs analysis to determine training needs.

  • Identify, plan and schedule training sessions to cover Steel Mill personnel.

  • Delivery of workplace training assessing competence and administering courses/assessments

  • Ensure InfraBuild compliance training is conducted as per head office requirements
