Workplaces Senior Manager

As part of the Workplaces senior leadership team this role is to lead with care and integrity the Workplaces strategy and operations for the local offices and functional portfolio. As a Workplaces Senior Manager, you’ll play a vital role in providing a market leading and sustainable client and employee experience by reimagining the possible with best practice policies, procedures and services, working with clients across the firm.

What you’ll do:  

• Lead workplace operations, including client services, facilities and records management, across 4 offices including Sydney, driving a client-centric, agile, and value-driven culture aligned with firm strategies 

• Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional partners to develop and implement strategic and operational plans that support business units and enable consistent workplace excellence. 

• Innovate and optimize workplace services by leveraging emerging technologies, scaling efficiencies, and using data-driven insights to enhance client and staff experiences while managing resources sustainably. 

• Provide leadership, coaching, and development to teams, fostering a high-performance culture, and partner with outsourced providers and Social Impact teams to deliver commercial and meaningful outcomes.  

What we’re looking for:  

• Over 10 years of senior leadership experience with a proven track record in delivering transformational outcomes and managing corporate offices in agile, top-tier professional services environments. 

• Strong strategic capability to define, drive, and align business goals with firm strategies, leading teams to achieve operational excellence and continuous improvement. 

• Proven project management expertise, effective cross-functional collaboration, and strong commercial acumen with data-driven analysis and reporting skills. 

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities at all organizational levels, coupled with sound judgment, thoughtful decision-making, and a commitment to personal and team brand excellence.
