As part of our growth and commitment to excellence, we are seeking a Works Ready Team Leader to join our Planning team and lead the preparation and coordination of work packages for our field delivery teams.

The Role

The Works Ready Team Leader is responsible for leading a team of Works Ready Coordinators/Planners to ensure the accurate, timely, and efficient preparation of work packages that enable safe and effective field execution.

In this role, you will:

Lead and develop a team of planners located across multiple depots, driving high standards of work readiness.
