  • Handles enquiries or appointments promptly through phone, email or message
  • Assists with customers’ requests
  • Perform admin duties including data entry, filing and achieving, basic accounting, book-keeping, receipt management
  • Maintain proper filing and disposal of confidential documents
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least O’ Level graduate or similar education level.
  • At least 2 Years(s) of experience in car workshop administrations and/or in the related field is required for this position preferably.
  • Knowledgeable insurance claim procedures will be preferable.
  • Required language(s): English & Mandarin for liaising with associates on general admin duties
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
