Salary: Up to £45,000 + company bonus + company van
Hours: Monday–Friday, 07:00–15:15 (flexibility required)
We’re looking for an experienced Workshop Controller to join our Glasgow West depot, playing a key role in managing workshop operations, performance, and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage Work in Progress (WIP) and oversee the workshop team
* Ensure service and repair work is completed on time and to quality standards
* Manage productivity, job profitability, and KPI performance
* Lead daily production meetings and plan workloads/resources
* Proactively manage processes from planning through to invoice/claim closure
* Support the Dealerpoint Manager with operational reviews and planning

* City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
