A technology service provider is seeking a Workshop Engineer to deliver setup, configuration, and inventory support. This role requires demonstrable knowledge as a Service Desk Engineer, basic networking knowledge, and experience with Microsoft 365 technologies. The successful candidate will provide technical support, manage off-site storage facilities, and conduct quality checks on delivered equipment.
