Job Title: Workshop Engineer
Location: Milton Keynes (Office based, 5 days per week)
Reporting to: Workshop Manager
Purpose:
To deliver machine set-up and configuration, asset management and inventory support for both clients and internal departments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Set up new equipment for clients to specification, logging and actioning in CRM following established Service Desk procedures Deliver, install and configure end-user equipment on client sites as required, Offer remote and on-site technical support to clients, addressing their queries and issues promptly. Manage and maintain off-site workshop storage facility, following company procedure for receiving and shipping customer stock.
