Are you a skilled Service Desk Engineer looking for your next challenge? We’re seeking a Workshop Engineer to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and configuring end-user devices in line with client specifications before dispatching them to site. You'll work within a fast-paced service desk environment , ensuring all installations meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Set up, configure, and log new client equipment in our CRM system
  2. Deliver, install, and configure end-user equipment at client sites as needed
  3. Manage and maintain our off-site workshop storage facility, ensuring smooth stock processing
