Workshop Executive

To monitor workshop revenue on daily and monthly basis and to take the necessary actions to ensure targets are met. To conduct daily morning briefing for all workshop staff. To monitor the technician productivity and efficiency on daily and monthly basis, and to take the necessary actions to ensure targets are met.

To recruit, when required, and ensure technicians comply to the training schedule as laid out by MBM and management, to achieve the necessary skill level as required. To monitor all WIPs and liaise with relevant departments to expedite repair works, especially difficult repair and customer complaint cases. To ensure all repairs are performed according to DAG work procedures and standards, final control check conducted for all vehicles and issues rectified prior to delivery to customer.
