Project Overview

This is a 1-day, in-person workshop in Bangkok, designed for Team Leads, Project Owners, and cross-functional stakeholders from an e-commerce client active across SEA. The goal is to sharpen participants' ability to plan, execute, and manage complex projects involving multiple internal and external parties.
