HGV Workshop Foreman – Middleton
Pay: £22.00 – £23.00 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday

Overview
We’re looking for an experienced HGV Workshop Foreman to lead a busy workshop in Middleton. This is a key leadership role for a hands-on Workshop Foreman with strong truck and trailer experience, who can drive team performance, ensure quality and safety, and manage daily workshop operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities
As a Workshop Foreman, you will oversee daily workshop activities, allocate jobs, and monitor workflow to maximise productivity.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HGV Technicians, ensuring all work meets company and compliance standards.
Manage workshop budgets, control costs, and uphold health & safety regulations.
Liaise with customers and internal departments to ensure excellent service and smooth operations.
