Job Overview

The Workshop Manager will oversee a small team to ensure products are manufactured on time and to order. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing production scheduling, materials, and quality standards.
• Liaising with clients to understand and define briefs.
• Providing quotations, estimating work, and responding to tenders.
• Ensuring staff meet required quality and efficiency standards.
• Overseeing the entire order process from enquiry to delivery.
