Overview

A nationally recognised leader in hydraulic systems and fluid transfer solutions is seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to lead and continuously improve workshop and warehouse operations. Following a positive business restructure, including the appointment of a new General Manager, the organisation is focused on restoring operational stability, strengthening foundations and driving sustainable growth. This Workshop Manager role is central to that journey and will play a key leadership role in lifting performance and supporting future scale.

The Role

This hands-on role is focused on executing the production plan, leading workshop personnel, and ensuring work is delivered on time, to standard and to certification requirements. You’ll be accountable for consistent workshop performance and for escalating risks, constraints and improvement opportunities to the General Manager.
