As Workshop Manager, you’ll be ready to roll your sleeves up for a rewarding role that doesn’t just help people get from A to B – you help communities stay connected.

What you’ll do:

  • You will ensure that daily service targets are met, and all maintenance tasks are completed to exacting standards.
  • Through first-line supervision, you will control daily workshop loading, monitor H&S practices and ensure buses are in top condition for our customers.
  • You will communicate targets and action plans to staff each day via briefing sessions with the emphasis on improved reliability.
