Workshop Manager

• Manage the day to day manufacturing in the workshop
• Maximize efficiency and minimize wastage
• Experience and knowledge of window/door joinery
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Ability to manage a team
• Ability to ensure a high-quality standard of work
• Must be able to work efficiently to a tight schedule
• Full UK Driving Licence - not essential but very valuable for us
• Knowledge of Basic Russian is required
• Previous experience in Carpentry/Joinery is required
• Applicant must be able to participate in the production of joinery alongside their management role
• Must be familiar with joinery machinery

Good communication skills at all levels are preferred
