Duties & Responsibilities

Workshop Flow & Productivity

• Manage daily workshop operations, job allocation, and bay utilisation

• Control vehicle flow to minimise downtime and bottlenecks

• Monitor job progress, turnaround time, and rework

• Ensure safety, housekeeping, and operational discipline

Technician Leadership & Morale

• Lead, coach, and motivate technicians to deliver consistent performance

• Balance workload fairly based on skill, experience, and capacity

• Address morale, attitude, and discipline issues early and constructively

• Set clear expectations on workmanship, productivity, and behaviour
