Workshop Planning Engineer

To plan and coordinate maintenance activities for components and other workshop units. The Workshop Planning Engineer is responsible for creating detailed schedules, assigning daily work targets, tracking progress, and preparing performance reports, ensuring optimal use of manpower and resources within the workshop.

• Receive work scopes and shop visit requests from CAMO or Component Planning teams.
• Prepare detailed schedules for shop visits
• Plan, allocate, and communicate daily work assignments and targets to workshop technicians.
• Monitor progress against plan and adjust schedules as necessary to meet turnaround time (TAT) commitments.
• Coordinate with Quality, Logistics, Tooling, and Stores to ensure timely availability of required parts, tools, and documentation.
