We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Workshop Service Technician to join our team in Henderson. We are looking for a skilled, motivated and enthusiastic Workshop Service Technician's to join our dynamic team. You will be working with a small team of like-minded people who have a huge focus on customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mobile cranes.

Diagnose and resolving mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues.

Perform inspections and tests to ensure equipment complies with safety regulations and operational standards.

Maintain accurate service records, including detailing issues, parts used, and work completed.

Collaborate with the service team and clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

Your Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Previous experience as a Service technician, ideally with mobile crane or heavy machinery.

Knowledge of hydraulics, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Ability to read manufacture's schematics.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Valid driver’s licence.

Strong attention to detail, safety-conscious, and reliable.
