Aerison is a multi-discipline provider of engineering, procurement, fabrication and construction services. Our in‑house teams deliver projects and maintenance services covering structural, mechanical, electrical and civil works. Aerison have a long history of partnering with asset owners in the mining and minerals, energy, infrastructure, defence and water sectors.

THE ROLE:

The Workshop Supervisor will be responsible for the daily supervision of the Bibra Lake Facility Operation, namely workshop manufacturing activities and associated personnel. This will include HSE, quality control, workforce management, scheduling and productivity performance.

This role focuses on the day‑to‑day operation of the fabrication process, ensuring manufacturing team members have access to the correct information, tooling and materials to complete works to specification in a timely manner.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a workshop management role.
  • Previous workshop supervisory experience essential.
  • Trade background, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Oversee scheduling, resources, and workshop productivity.
  • Supervise fabrication works to HSE and QA standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and support the manufacturing team.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills.
  • Able to perform well under pressure with competing priorities.
  • Conversant with tendering, manufacturing/fabrication and project management methodologies
