Workshop Supervisor

Queensland Forklifts is a leading provider of forklifts, access equipment, and material handling solutions. We are currently seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to take ownership of the day-to-day performance and control of our workshop operations.

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the operational control of the workshop, including:

• Planning and allocating daily and weekly work for technicians
• Controlling job flow, priorities, and workshop capacity
• Monitoring job progress and ensuring jobs are opened, managed, and closed correctly in the system
• Supervising technicians and maintaining productivity, quality, and standards
• Managing parts identification and ordering to prevent delays and rework
• Supporting job costing, quoting, and scope control
