Workshop Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead day‑to‑day operations within our Hazelmere workshop. Reporting to the HEF Manager, this role plays a critical hands‑on leadership position, responsible for driving safety, productivity and team performance across a large, multi‑disciplinary workforce.

You will oversee daily planning and workflow, coordinate closely with planners, and ensure operational targets are met while maintaining a strong safety‑first culture. This role requires a confident leader who can balance people leadership with operational discipline, manage competing priorities and keep the workshop running efficiently across shifts.
