Workshop Team Leader
Hours: 45 hours per week (split shifts between 06:00–18:00)
Salary: £38,520 – £40,500 per annum + £3,425 shift allowance (dependent on experience)

An established and highly respected environmental and highways services organisation in North Somerset is seeking an experienced Workshop Team Leader to oversee the safe, compliant and efficient operation of a busy commercial vehicle maintenance workshop based in Weston-super-Mare.
This organisation delivers essential frontline services across the region, supporting over 100,000 households and businesses, managing waste and recycling facilities, maintaining more than 1,100km of highways, and operating a diverse HGV and plant fleet.
