Job Responsibilities

• Workshop Operations & Maintenance: Maintain workshop operations at a healthy level
• Staff Supervision & Service Quality: Supervise workshop personnel to ensure the quality of service and its flow
• Workflow & Equipment Management: Monitor and improve workshop workflow, processes, and equipment utilization
• MSI and Stock Management: In charge of Material Stock in (MSI) and arrange Service Exchange (SE) stock to ensure availability and proper inventory control
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare the workshop analysis report
