Responsibilities

1. Carry out the implementation of workshop production according to PMC production plan, and arrange the reasonable work of on-site staff to achieve the production target in time.
2. Implement the company's production site management system and SOP standard operation requirements, establish and improve the production line, manage the whole process, and make accurate statistical reporting of production-related data and electronic data entry.
3. Organize the production morning meeting of this team and control the production in the workshop. Discipline 6s. The safety and other conditions are officially operated, the violators shall be corrected in time, and the work performance incentive evaluation and monthly summary shall be carried out according to the daily evaluation standard of employees.
