Workshop Team Leader

We are looking to recruit a Workshop Team Leader reporting into the Workshop Manager.

The main purpose of this role is to ensure the day to day efficient running of engineering team in the within the workshop. This role involves playing an active part in the leadership of the team by being the first point of contact with the engineers for all issues.

This role will be based in our Swanley depot.

In conjunction with the workshop manager the TL is responsible for the overall performance of the team in terms of customer service delivery, ensuring that all relevant metrics are met, in line with the current workshop KPI dashboard, including but not limited to:

Used equipment turnaround time

On time prep - Committed dates (New, Used, STR)

Average job times to agreed target

Quality of work produced to agreed standards

Number of trucks prepared to agreed targets
