Role Overview:
Unolona Academy (ULA) is seeking a proactive and hands-on Workshops & Programs Lead to
develop, coordinate, and deliver our workshops vertical. The role combines workshop planning and
execution with light marketing and business development support to help grow ULA’s outreach and
partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and conduct art, craft and design workshops across formats and
audiences.
• Liaise with artists, facilitators, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Support workshop-related marketing efforts including content inputs, outreach, and
collaborations.
• Assist in identifying new workshop opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
• Track workshop performance and contribute ideas for improving formats and participation.
