Worksoft Admin

Position: Worksoft Admin Location: Austin, TX (Onsite) Job Description Platform Administration & Support Install, configure, upgrade, and patch Worksoft applications (Certify, Capture, Execution Manager, Analyze) across development, test, and production environments. Administer Worksoft servers, services, agents, and integrations in on-premises and/or cloud environments. Manage user access, roles, licenses, and permissions in alignment with organizational security policies. Perform routine health checks, monitoring, and performance tuning of the Worksoft environment. Infrastructure & Environment Management Coordinate with infrastructure, database, and network teams to provision and maintain servers, storage, and connectivity. Configure and maintain integrations with SAP (ECC, S/4HANA), web applications, Citrix, and other supported systems.
