Job Description
We're looking for a new project manager after our long-standing PM is perusing his own SaaS.
We're an established web development firm of 15 years, primarily WordPress.
It's a hybrid developer / PM role which includes:
- Replying to client emails
- Assigning and reviewing projects to developers
- Liaising with developers on status, answering questions on Signal
- Doing a variety of development: Wordpress (AF mostly), CSS, PHP, JavaScript
- Putting website live when complete
- Claude Code heavily used for PHP / JS programming or general advice. DMARC, hosting, etc - lots of varieties of topics people also want help with. This is crucial as it's very powerful when used correctly (and takes longer and goes down rabbit holes when not )
We have a team of 3 developers and myself.
Suited to someone experienced in development and great at multi-tasking and remembering info, it's not a corporate style job where it'll be the same project for months. Most site builds...
