Main responsibilities

  • Coordination with SASA Account sales on matters related to the coordination and service performance of Husbandry port calls entering the area.

  • Respond and follow up on customer enquiries.

  • Ensure that all appointments are handled without delay and assigned correctly to responsible for service execution.

  • Ensure Proforma DAs are being sent promptly.

  • Ensure advance funding (approved by customer) is remitted correctly to local agent’s bank account at least 3 days before vessel arrival.

  • Ensure correct amount of pre-funding are received or the correct level of authority has approved any deviation, prior to performing the Port Call.
