Main responsibilities
Coordination with SASA Account sales on matters related to the coordination and service performance of Husbandry port calls entering the area.
Respond and follow up on customer enquiries.
Ensure that all appointments are handled without delay and assigned correctly to responsible for service execution.
Ensure Proforma DAs are being sent promptly.
Ensure advance funding (approved by customer) is remitted correctly to local agent’s bank account at least 3 days before vessel arrival.
Ensure correct amount of pre-funding are received or the correct level of authority has approved any deviation, prior to performing the Port Call.
