Job Scope & Responsibilites
Risk Management: Identify hazards, conduct risk assessments (RA), and recommend practical control measures to prevent accidents and ill health.
Policy and Program Development: Supporting the development of WSH policies and programs and implementing the WSH Management System (WSHMS) within the workplace.
Inspections & Audits: Perform regular site/workplace inspections, monitor compliance, and conduct internal audits on safety systems.
Incident Management: Investigate accidents and near misses, report findings, and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
Training & Awareness: Develop and conduct safety briefings, training, and campaigns to raise safety awareness among workers and subcontractors.
Compliance & Documentation: Maintain WSH records, submit required reports (e.g., to MOM, NEA), and ensure adherence to legal requirements and company policies.
