Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer / Tech Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Xceptor Technology and Reconciliation solutions. The ideal candidate should have deep technical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capability to lead teams while engaging directly with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Xceptor Technology
- Lead and contribute hands-on across development, code review, debugging, and troubleshooting
- Review code for quality, performance, and adherence to best practices
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Ensure timely delivery of projects with high quality standards
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- Xceptor Practitioner Certification – Reconciliation
- Senior Developer Practitioner Certification or
- Tech Lead Practitioner Certification
- Strong hands-on experience in Xceptor Technology
- Minimum 5 end-to-end Xceptor projects implemented across the career
- Good working knowledge of SQL
- Proven expertise in:
- Code reviewing
- Debugging
- Troubleshooting
- Root-cause analysis and problem solving
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong team management capabilities
- Experience in client-facing roles with effective stakeholder management
Good to Have
- Exposure to Banking / Financial Services domain
- Experience working on reconciliation platforms in large-scale environments
