Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and eager to learn XM Field Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as an event specialist for top clients on the North American XM Marketing Team. You will build client relationships based on trust, innovation and the delivery of consistent results that meet or exceed expectations throughout the 2026 calendar year.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role requires the ability to move quickly, show initiative, demonstrate quick problem solving and great communication skills.
