Xstore Developer

Role overview

The Development Consultant (XStore) is responsible for providing software technical product knowledge and retail industry knowledge in order to facilitate successful enhancement of our Stores projects. The successful candidate will have experience XStore/Micros/Stores functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review and conduct information systems needs assessment and recommend appropriate infrastructure solution
  • Design and implement applications and enhancements using JAVA code
  • Maintain and enhance applications per client request
  • Assist with defining and implementing regression test suites
  • Frequently analyze and define client data conversion, interface, and application enhancement requirements
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Establish and monitor systems support and development in a Micros environment
