Location: Rochdale (OL11)
Pay: £ – £110 per day
Start: ASAP / Ongoing
A mainstream school in Rochdale (OL11) is seeking a resilient, confident and experienced Teaching Assistant to provide high-quality behaviour support to pupils who require consistency, structure and strong adult guidance.
The school supports pupils with social, emotional and behavioural needs , and is looking for a Teaching Assistant who can build positive relationships while maintaining clear boundaries and high expectations.
The Role:
Supporting pupils with challenging behaviour , both in and out of the classroom
Working closely with teachers, SEN staff and leadership to implement behaviour strategies
Providing 1:1 and small group support
