Yacht Charter Operations Manager

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily yacht charter operations to ensure smooth and timely execution of rides.
• Plan and execute daily ride schedules including allocation of yachts across multiple jetties.
• Decide yacht deployment based on ride demand, peak days and operational priorities (up to 25-30 rides per day)
• Coordinate yacht movement between locations to optimize utilization and avoid downtime.
• Ensure yacht are operationally ready before start of daily operations.
• Plan and monitor regular cleaning, upkeep and basic maintenance schedules for all yachts.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams/vendors for preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Prepare and manage staffing and shifts schedules for yacht crew and operational staff.
• Allocate staff to yachts and locations based on operational requirements.
