Job Description

Overview

Yard Drivers operate yard vehicles to move trailers to designated loading/unloading sites as directed.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) a plus
  • Must be organized and detail oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to read chemical labels and follow safe handling procedures for food grade products
  • Ability to accurately record data
  • Must be able to work weekends, and varying shifts (days, evenings, nights)

    • PHYSICAL DEMANDS:  

  • May be required to work in cold, damp environments and be exposed to the outside weather
  • Maintain constant mental focus and be constantly aware of surroundings
