Yard Driver

Job Description Job Description Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Stratham, New Hampshire to bring on Yard Drivers. Lindt is looking to fill two direct hire positions, one on 2nd shift and one on 3rd shift, supporting yard operations and warehouse material flow across the campus. Position: Yard Driver Job Type: Direct Hire Shift / Pay (Total Rates): • 2nd Shift: $23.00/hr 10% differential = $25.30 per hour • 3rd Shift: $23.00/hr 20% differential = $27.60 per hour Duties / Responsibilities • Safely operate yard trucks and maneuver trailers within a busy campus environment • Transfer loaded and unloaded trailers between buildings • Back trailers to loading docks, secure trailers, and open bay doors • Observe posted speed limits and follow all yard safety procedures • Communicate with Supervision and the Shipping Office regarding trailer moves • Document all trailer movements and perform equipment inspections • Ensure trailer refrigeration units are properly set...
