Yard Scrap Auditor

Join our team as a Yard Scrap Auditor in Hamilton, where you’ll spend the majority of your time hands-on in the yard, inspecting and verifying materials to ensure everything meets our quality standards. You’ll also spend some time (about 20%) in the office, helping with documentation, tracking, and reporting—so no two days are the same!

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being active, working outdoors, and taking pride in keeping operations running smoothly!

What you're responsible for:

• Identifying inbound material grades, non-conformities, non-recyclable and hazardous material in inbound loads
• Effectively and successfully training productivity, quality control and safety measures as established and set for the Inspection Team
• Facilitating and directing trucks to correct yard locations in an efficient manner
