This role plays a critical part in ensuring the safe, efficient movement, positioning, and coordination of transport vehicles, containers, and trailers in line with operational schedules and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
• Container & Trailer Movements
Coordinate the safe and efficient movement of containers and trailers to and from loading bays, ensuring
alignment with daily loading and unloading schedules to maintain smooth yard operations.
• Contractor Supervision
Oversee transport contractors while on site, managing entry and exit procedures for both drivers and
pedestrians, and ensuring full compliance with site safety rules and company policies.
