Yard Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and optimize daily scrap yard operations, including material intake, processing, sorting, and dispatch.
• Supervise a team to ensure meticulous adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all warehousing operations.
• Act as the primary liaison between Operations and Admin, fostering seamless communication and efficient workflow.
• Lead, train, and supervise a team of site workers, machine operators, and drivers, fostering a high-performance environment.
• Ensure a safe and compliant workplace, backed by extensive experience and knowledge in workplace safety and health, by rigorously enforcing SOPs, conducting regular safety briefings, and adhering strictly to MOM/NEA regulations.
• Monitor and maintain all equipment and machinery to guarantee optimal functionality and minimize downtime.
• Coordinate all logistics and transport of materials, ensuring efficient flow in and out of the yard. <...
